These Terms and Conditions, and your relationship with Africas Cheetahs Tours and Safari Ltd. under the Terms and Conditions, shall be governed by the law of the Tanzania government. You and Africas Cheetahs Tours and Safari Ltd, agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Tanzania government to resolve any legal matter arising from the usage of Africas Cheetahs Tours and Safari Ltd.
